  • Psychotherapist and Counsellor

As an integrative psychotherapist, Anna is able to bring an open and flexible approach to the work.

Anna sees psychotherapy as an opportunity for people to explore and grow through the relationship with their therapist. Sometimes a client comes into therapy as a result of a crisis such as a bereavement, a relationship break-up, or a job loss, and whilst working through the crisis is able to move forward as a more self-aware and resilient individual. Others come because of longstanding feelings of discomfort and unhappiness.

The therapy takes place in a safe and confidential environment where the building of trust and understanding enable the client to open up and explore their past, present and future.
