  • Counsellor and Complementary Therapist

Sarah Graham is an internationally recognised authority on key mental and physical health issues, who works holistically with adults and young people to achieve lasting change. She specialises in addiction, depression, codependence, sexuality and identity issues, relationship difficulties, anxiety, blocked creativity, bereavement and all forms of challenge that keep individuals feeling stuck and prevent them from living their true potential.

Unlike forms of therapy where the Counsellor mainly listens, Sarah works actively, using a unique model that integrates tools from a variety of different theoretical approaches, including the 12 Steps, person-centred counselling, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), MI (Motivational Interviewing), psychodynamic psychotherapy, coaching and latest scientific knowledge. She is also a qualified auricular (ear) acupuncturist and uses this powerful technique to complement her psychological interventions.
