Sue Sutcliffe's approach to therapy is client-led, integrative and holistic. She believes there is a fundamental link between mental and physical health and that nutrition, exercise and a good work/life balance promote health and well-being and also significantly reduce the likelihood of depressions, stress related illnesses, obesity, addictions and self-destructive or anti-social behaviours.

Sue is a qualified addictions counsellor and her knowledge of family systematic, together with her extensive experience, informs her work with families, couples and groups. She was instrumental in setting up one of the first family and adolescent programmes in the UK and continues to facilitate groups and to give seminars on family dynamics. She believes in the ability of every individual to make positive changes in their lives which will enable them to reach their full potential.

Sue has recently developed her work with couples by setting up a designated website: www.couple-life.co.uk specifically to help couples iron out difficulties before committing to a life together in order to reduce the risk of families breaking up in the future. She can be contacted with regard to this work on sutcliffesue82@gmail.com.
